MeetingCompare is a product review and comparison site. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what third-party services are involved.

We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, through our contact form or newsletter signup). We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use the site — page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

- Analytics cookies — to measure site traffic and understand which content is useful.
- Affiliate tracking cookies — when you click an affiliate link, the destination site may set a cookie to attribute your visit to MeetingCompare. These cookies are set by the third-party vendor, not by us. They typically last 30 to 90 days depending on the vendor's program.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
The site uses the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN. Cloudflare may collect basic access logs.
- Affiliate networks — when you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to the vendor's site. Their own privacy policies apply from that point forward.
- Analytics — we use privacy-focused analytics that do not track individuals across sites.
Email and Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address with our email service provider for the sole purpose of sending you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect very little, in most cases there is nothing to delete beyond a newsletter subscription.
